Toni was referred to me by a friend and it was a very fortunate recommendation. My husband and I bought a condo in Naples ten years ago. After his recent passing,I made the decision to move to Sarasota. Real estate transactions are not in my areaof expertise. Enter Toni... She was with me (virtually) every step of the way. Toni Turner is a great realtor. She is easy to work with and on top of everything. I had an extremely smooth buy for my home. How many houses would you say one normally sees before buying one? 10? 15? 20? or even 25? Over the course of about 2-and-a-half months, Toni must have shown me 30 houses (or more)! And it was during very hot summer months! And during all that time, Toni was an impeccable professional, always doing her research and sharing the information before each of our viewings. Thank goodness for her knowledge of Sarasota neighborhoods..... there was a house right by a water, with generous green area as a backyard in front of the water, and the house was ticking off many of the desirables on my list.... and the price was right! We must have seen 20+ houses by that time, and also had a seller withdraw his house from the market just as I made a bid, so I was eager to settle on one. It wasn't until Toni called my attention to the small details (many) of the neighborhood that I realized I won't have been happy living there. I had to reluctantly agree with Toni to drop that house. I've since been back to that area by myself; it would have been a costly mistake without her guidance. When I finally found my house and made a bid, Toni followed through with all the negotiations, and details and made my closing really effortless and easy. Not only is she a thorough professional, but just as importantly, she really cares that you achieve your wishes in the transaction.

We were fortunate to have Toni as our realtor when buying our house in Sarasota. As out-of-state homebuyers, it was great to have someone so experienced and personable representing us. Toni listened to us, understood our needs and found houses that matched our needs and budget, including the new construction home we bought that was perfect for us. Toni has performed above and beyond her duties as a real estate agent. Prior to our move to Florida to find a house to buy, we needed a temporary rental. Toni did an incredible job informing us of the area, showing us the different markets within the Siesta Key vicinity and got us in a nice variety of the type of condo unit we aspired to own. Luck was on our side as we found “the one” however, this was a transaction that could’ve easily gone sideways. Toni managed each turn of events with professional urgency and we would and do recommend her services.
